Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) she is an English musician and singer. Ellie Goulding, a British musician and singer who gained fame in the year 2010 when her smash songs Guns and Horses and Starry Eyed caught public attention. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a distinctive soprano voice and has a talent of writing songs with emotional uplifting lyrics. Similar to her peers Kate Bush or Imogen, she's at the forefront of contemporary mainstream pop as well as arty independent music. Polydor Records eventually signed Goulding to a big record deal. The album she released was ready for release.
