Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She earned her Pro Card in the year following at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her career in fitness at the age of 16, after which she quit the sport of gymnastics. In just a few years her age, she could earn her Pro Card aged 17. This made her one of the smallest IFBB Pro in history. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to stage in 2015. She picked up where she was in prior competitions, including The Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete over the course of several years following her debut on the show and set higher goals for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended she had won more than four fitness titles. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. Her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Pro was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished 3rd at the show. The winner was IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the space of three months, Ariel appeared on stage for the Olympia and came in 6th place in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel declares she was thrilled of the result. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups with a machine in addition to bent-over row. It is common to warm up before an actual workout. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. She does this by super setting all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets with 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week. One day would be lightweight day, and the second day being heavy weight.
